Smasht is one of Cape Town’s great grassroots success stories, starting as an underground garage burger joint and evolving into a cult smash burger powerhouse. Operating across the Southern Suburbs, Smasht focuses on pure technique: smashing 100% grass-fed beef paper-thin onto scorching steel to create rich caramelized crusts.
