Brash Burgers on Regent Road in Sea Point is leading Cape Town’s modern smash burger revolution. Designed with a clean, nostalgic 1980s American diner aesthetic, Brash does one thing and executes it to perfection: ultra-crisp, lacy-edged smash patties seared on a screaming hot flat-top grill.
Using custom coarse-ground beef blends, melted American cheese, diced white onions, tangy house pickles, and secret burger sauce inside toasted golden potato buns, Brash delivers pure burger nirvana.
