The Dog’s Bollocks at YARD on Roodehek Street in Gardens began as an illicit, secret pop-up in a mechanic’s driveway and has blossomed into one of Cape Town’s most revered cult dining spots. Their burgers are colossal: 200g hand-formed patties served inside massive Portuguese buns drenched in homemade sauces.
